Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No refunds

Bandword credits are low-cost digital products that become available straight away. All purchases are final, and used or unused credits are not refundable, except in the cases below.

2. When we will help

• Charged twice for the same order: we refund the extra charge.
• Paid, but credits were not added: we add the credits, or give a full refund if we can't.
• Buyers outside India: you keep any refund rights your local consumer law gives you. These are handled by our international payment partner under its buyer terms.

3. How to ask

Email bandwordforyou@gmail.com within 30 days of payment, with:

• the email address of your Bandword account
• the date and amount of the payment
• your payment or order ID (from your receipt)

We aim to reply within 2 working days.

4. How long refunds take

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

5. Cancellation

Bandword sells one-time credit packs, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and no automatic charges.

6. Please contact us first

If something has gone wrong, email us before raising a dispute with your bank. We will sort it out quickly.
